Welcome to Flair Restaurant & Wine Bar

Flair Restaurant came to life when sisters Elaine and Ellie — two sisters with one dream — decided it was time to expand and offer the Governors Village neighborhood another special place to feel at home. Their vision was simple: create a spot where people are excited to go out, where customers are greeted by name, and where it feels less like “just another restaurant” and more like being part of something special.

Elaine and Ellie have spent over sixteen years in this neighborhood. They’ve hosted weddings, baby showers, birthdays, anniversaries — moments that truly define what it means to “feel like part of the family.”

Ellie studied architecture at NC State, and she brings that design eye into everything: the space, the plating, the way each dish looks as good as it tastes. Elaine studied business at Long Island University and handles the numbers side, along with nurturing her love for outdoor gardening. Their uncle Meleti helps run the day‑to‑day, keeping this a true family effort. He’s always smiling, always ready to give the best service possible, and always focused on making people feel special.

When the opportunity came to give their neighbors a second great option, they took it. Having both restaurants close by means they can personally oversee quality at each one — but Flair has its own personality, its own identity, its own flair.

Come taste what sixteen years of family, care, and neighborhood trust looks like on a plate.
